Social Media Waiver

I hereby authorize the CHILL OUT! Tournament to publish photographs taken of me and/or the team I represent and our names for use in the CHILL OUT! Tournament's printed publications, website and social media.

I release the CHILL OUT! Tournament from any expectation of confidentiality for the team's minor children and myself and attest that I speak for the parent or legal guardian of the children on the registered team and that I have the authority to authorize the CHILL OUT! Tournament to use their photographs, videos and names.

I acknowledge participation in publications and websites produced by the CHILL OUT! Tournament confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release the CHILL OUT! Tournament, its contractors, its employees, and volunteers from liability for any claims by me or any other party in connection with my participation or the participation of the registered team's minor children.
